Strawberry Compote

Compote is the French name for stewed fruit. Our compote is made with just fresh strawberries from Mahabaleshwar some raw khandasari sugar, and is cooked until the strawberries are soft and their juices become wonderfully thick and syrupy. We've preserved our Strawberry Compote with freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Its juicy, tangy and sweet, and can be used from breakfast to dessert:

1. Use it on toast - lesser sugar than a jam, so it might be juicier
2. Add it to smoothies (instead of your usual sweetener like honey or banana)
3. Drizzle over pancakes, waffles, parathas, or desserts.
4. Make cocktails or cocktails with this.
