Instructions for use: It’s great on our Multiseed toast, crackers, dolloped on top of muesli, used on pancakes and waffles, and makes for great peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (no jelly required). But all you really need is a spoon for maximum enjoyment.
 
The shelf life at either room temperature (or in the fridge) will likely far exceed your willpower, rendering long-term storage issues moot. Still, for legal reasons, store airtight in a cool dark dry place and use within 30 Days from the date of manufacture
